How does the economy in MLP Friendship is Magic exist if unicorns can conjure?

My idea is that unicorns specialize there magic, so unless that unicorn is specialized in a field that focuses on/ requires them to know how to conjure, they just wouldn't be able to. Especially because the only only reason we can see how much magic can do through her because she is specializing in magic. Because Rarity rarely uses magic for anything other than lifting materials around her boutique. And all that "specialization" is just their cutie marks.
