My mental state is good today!

I feel happy for once today. I'm so glad I do and I feel like I should really enjoy it because IK this feeling wont last long. I'm writing this as I sit in my room, soundgarden-Balck hole sun playing in the background. I hope other people feel happy today too. Happiness feels so rare to me, almost like finding a diamond or gold. It means that much to me, wish I felt this more often.
