Christmas Leftovers Melt

COOL FOOD ALERT!!!

Made this yesterday, but didn't a chance to write a blog about it! This is a Christmas Leftover Melt!!!! I made it using nearly all the pieces from the Christmas dinner I ate the other day and a little bit of grated medium cheddar. It was really really nice and I am sad that I will have to wait until next Christmas to make it again.
