DIARY JOURNEL 3/18/2022

 Bro i;m still fckinng sick :( .. i couldn't sleep at all last night without trying to gasp for air . However on the good side my throat isn't sore and itchy anymore . I think smoking my Nic can make it worse . I was hoping i could sleep this off .. i'm sneezing so much too and my nose could never be more consistently runny. I don't even have allergies like that . It's only and possibly the fan i sleep in front of everynight soo ... imao . But still , this shit is so ass . i hate being all ill like this .I'm just pop an pillyy and hope for the best . Buss down on some ramen noodles later . Appreciate for reading.
