Im not scared of dying but the run upto it, forgetting who members of your family are, losing even more loved ones and especially your longterm partners. life just doesnt seem worth living that long when everyone you know is going to eventually fade away

That reminds me of a thought I have a lot about being in love and relationships. Every relationship ends, and you'll nearly always get your heart broken. Not to get deep but the quote "it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all" rings true. The same applies to your thought about death - yes, everyone you love will eventually die, either through old age or through unfortunate circumstances. But as long as you live, you will always have the memories of the people you love, and even if everyone you have ever loved and cared about died, there are always more people in the world to love, care for and make more memories with. It is a sad thought though, being alone and outliving everyone you've cared about, and I understand your thought about there's really no point when you realise everyone is going to die and give you more grief but everyday is a new day, and so many life-changing and beautiful moments can occur in a day so yeah. Well, at least all of this is what I tell myself lol
