i want to motivate myself by doing this .. and stop annoying my friends irl. and if someone is interested, we can do that together lol anyways.
I started my gym journey 2 months ago by going to the gym 2 times a week but i dont really care abt what i eat. that's why i started writing here, i really want to lose weight bc im not comfy enough in my clothes :\ (btw im not a native english speaker)

DAY 1
my height : 170cm
my weight : 68kg
my age : 18
(ill mesure myself later bc i dont have a measuring tape)
for today im doing 2 quick workout at home :
1. https://youtu.be/5cWxgnJgHHs : daisy keech's workout : it felt good, it burned a little bit but not too much which means that i dont do it right, but idc tomorrow ill try to do better. overall 7/10
2. https://youtu.be/ohgLmY19jNg : lilly sabri's one : it's too short idk if i'll continue doing this but ill try to do it everyday after school and i hope to not abandon, also it was very hard for me to do the last exercice but ill try to do better tomorrow overall 5/10
got up at : 10am
my breakfast : a strawberry and banana smoothie with an orange
my lunch : some soup (hrira)
dinner : same as my lunch lol

DAY 2
today i didn’t do much only 1 10min workout
breakfast : none
lunch : burger 🥲
dinner : couscous
DAY 3
today i started the chloe ting workout and i will be doing it for 21 days
i also went to the gym and worked with my lower body that’s was painful but hey that’s cool
breakfast : madeleine et soufflé
lunch : couscous
dinner : couscous AGAIN
