Good evening everyone!
Had a pretty good day getting back on track with my workout programs and logging my meals. I managed to get my strength training in and I managed to log everything. I also managed to get my DDPY (DDP Yoga for those that don't know) in today too. I started the intermediate program today and I also did my workout with the jacked straps on. Hopefully within the next 6-8 weeks I'll have some pretty solid results. Just in time for spooky season! Lol.
Otherwise, aside from the crazy work schedule.. My psychology of death and dying class I passed with flying colors - 100. Hoping that I can managed at least a 70 in my college algebra. That's the last math class that I need in order to transfer anywhere.
But anyway..
It's sleepy time for me!
