You are woken up in the middle of the night by a distant noise in the house. You can't quite tell what it is..
"Honey, what's wrong..?" You hear from beside you. It seems like the noise caused you to stir in bed subconsciously.
You get out of bed and go to investigate, walking extremely cautiously and slowly towards the noise. Just as you can start to barely make it out, the noise seems to.. stop? Nevertheless, you continue further. You need to know what the source of this noise is.
You enter the living room.. dead quiet. Doesn't seem like there's anyone or anything around..
"Was I imagining things?" You think to yourself, completely dumbfounded that you let yourself be tricked by your own mind.
After some light inspection of the room, you decide to give up your search and go back to bed. This isn't worth this much effort.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, you hear a loud noise.
Your heart rate spikes.
You quickly spin around on your heels, fists up and ready to defend yourself.
"🎵 All the single furries, all the single furries, all the single furries, all the single furries! 🎵"
You hear, echoing in your mind and seemingly in the room.
As you process the words, you are met with immediate disappointment and embarrassment.
It's that stupid singing trophy fish.
Why you agreed to ever get this you will never know for certain.
