Breathe in the fresh air,
Put your mind at ease.
Let down your hair,
Let it flow in the breeze.
تنفس الهواء المنعش, 

ضع رأسك براحة

اترك شعرك يطير خلال الهواء.
Let your eyes wander
To all the beauty to be seen.
If those toxic thoughts you still do ponder,
Then let out a scream.
اترك عينك لتنظر

لكل هذا الجمال الذي يمكنها ان تراه

اذا كنت لازلت تفكر في هذه الأفكار السامة 

فاطلق صرختك
Scream until the pain is gone,
Until you no longer feel afraid.
Open your eyes to a new dawn,
Let the darkness fade.
صرخة حتي يزول الألم

حتي لا تشعر بأي خوف.

افتح عينيك للفجر الجديد

فلتترك الظلام ليختفي.
No longer compare yourself
Or your flaws to others' perfections.
Take the negativity off the shelf.
Focus on your direction.
لا تقارن نفسك بعد الان

أو عيوبك مقارنة بمثالية الأخرين

فلترمي هذه السلبية من علي الرف

ولتركز علي اتجاهك

Pick the sadness up off the floor,
Sweep it into the wind.
Close the door on self-hatred.
Never let it back in.
التقط هذا الحزن من علي الأرض,

امسحه خلال الريح

واما لكراهية النفس, فلتغلق الباب عليها

ولا تدعها تدخل ابدا لداخلك.

For the lies it would often tell you,
You will no longer agree.
Happiness and love are what you should hold onto.
They are whom you should give the key.
حتي مع تلك الاكاذيب التي سوف تقولها لك

انت لن تتفق معها علي الإطلاق.

الحب و السعادة هما ما يجب عليك ان تحمله داخلك.

هما من يجب عليك ان تعطيهما مفتاحك
Pay no attention to the toxic thoughts,
Listen to those who adore everything you are.
Overthinking was what you once were taught,
But now those thoughts you put in a jar.
لا تترك اي انتباه لافكارك السامة

استمع لكل من يعشق كل ما انت عليه

التفكير المبالغ فيه كان ما انت تعلمته من قبل

لكن الان كل هذه الافكار قد وضعت في اناء
Focus on your goals,
Never lose your fight.
It's time to open new scrolls.
Everything will be all right.

ركز علي اهدافك

لا تخسر قتالك ابدا

انه الوقت لتفتح لفائف جديدة 

لان كل شيء سيصبح علي ما يرام.
