Trying to live a life with less negativity

Hi! You may have read this already. That's because I posted this as a bulletin and decided I wanted to keep it and not risk it deleting after 10 days. So yeah, here it is to always come back to! I'll also be doing this for my "the color white" bulletin.

It's been a long hard process trying to live a life with less negativity. But I think I'm getting there. There is one thing I wanna try and correct real quick. If I changed the name of this bulletin to "trying to live a life more positively" would that sound more like a bulletin you'd wanna open? Or would you keep it with this name? Why? Personally I'd prefer opening a bulletin called "trying to live a life more positively" mainly because, for one, it not degrading the fact that negativity does in fact exist. It's not downgrading the fact that, no matter what you do, your life is bound to have negativity in it. But it also highlights the word "positivity" because you DON'T HAVE TO make negativity the center of the circle. It is, in fact, possible to be positive, even in a negative situation. And it all starts with self care. Remember self care isn't bad. Selfish, maybe. but selfish isn't always bad. We don't always have to live our life to please others. Remember to please yourself first and that will attract others to you. Once you "learn" to love yourself, others will love you. And the reason I put "learn" in quotations is because I don't mean you need to be like "oh yeah I love myself", what I mean is, self love is a process and you need to be practicing self love religiously. Love yourself through actions. Not thoughts. Your body is a temple. Treat it as such. And through all this, you will learn to live a life more positively. 🤍 By the way, posted my first blog post. It's a poem I wrote back in 2019. Poetry is a healthy way to get your negative thoughts out through shadow work. If you'd like me to post about shadow work, let me know in the comments 🥰
