it has been weeks since i've visited the gray city
every now and then i want to move back
i miss ana
i miss some of my other friends
i never got to know mia
i miss the gray city
where an overcast day with minimal rain was considered a good day
i sometimes miss the pouring rain when it was a bad day
or the rolling thunder and the lighting of the storm
brewing in my mind
strangling my heart with a burning grip
it made me feel
rarely,
i do get to go back
but only for a while
it's not the same
and it will never be the same
until i flush the fluoxetine down the toilet
i feel homesick.
