CSS PART 3

ok so i figured out how to make my background a repeating image, it was difficult mainly nc im little rusty when it comes to css. i cant exactly figure out how to get my animation 2 work but it doesnt break anything so i will leave it in LOL. eventually ill figure this out, maybe 2nite when every1s asleep so nobody will be able to see my WORK in PROGRESS
