Piercings

Have any of you with lip piercings had any trouble getting a job? I have an appointment for friday to get mine done, and i'm in the middle of jobs right now. I've done some research and it said that it can prevent you from getting hired in some places, but it also says that tattoos and piercings are becoming more acceptable. I would really like to express myself the way i like, but i really do need a job right now.
