The bagels took a while to make but thankfully I had the help of someone who knows something about bread so it could've been worse.
My dough wasn't as soft as it could've been and didn't rise very much but the end product was good! Shaped a bit weird and dense but definitely better than school or store bought bagels!
6 out of 10 will make again
Also I should've been more chill last night about the whole bagel anger cause yk, it literally was not that big a deal and my mom likes them, my dad is indifferent but he had a bad day so whatever 🤷🏻♀️
