Dry People?

People who are literally so fucking dry my eyes turn red? Like the conversation starts with a few good words and then t goes to dumb ass abbreviations and just over all strangely dry and makes you feel as if you should just like stop talking? LMAO I have come across so many people like that, not just on spacehey literally all over the gaff. It does baffle me?
