Layer Cake

Our life leaves a layer of evidence about what we experienced during that time. The good and bad. And it’s when we have the courage to embrace everything in each layer, that we become whole. Then we can move on and bravely say, “Yes, this is me. Take it or leave it, all of this has made me who I am.”
