tbhh,, i'm just having a hard time. i'm pregnant and depressed. i am getting help for it though so it's not like i'm sitting here not doing anything about it, but likeeeeeeeee at times i feel really lost and alone. i wish i had more friends. here's a picture of one of my cats with my baby bump how cool is that

Aw, the cat is so cute, they're so intuitive! You're very strong and beautiful and I know I'm younger so I can't really give advice but meditation could help :)

Whenmy depression first started to appear my mom would always bring up journaling, and it's good to look back on it in later years. Another thing similar is tracking your mood every day in a notebook.
