Now for the not so fun part. I've also been battling my depression and bipolar really bad lately. I've finally called to set up a new therapist appointment for next month due to a lot of really bad episodes and thoughts. But at least progress is being made!! I made the call, have not harmed myself or anyone else. I'm trying really hard to get better with controlling my temper although that is still a very hard challenge. But I'm here!! Still breathing lol. 

I just figured I'd fill you all in. Not sure who really pays attention but 🤷‍♀️ I appreciate anyone who will see this. ❤
