yeya
lying can be a trauma response. you arent a bad person for lying, the fact that you want to stop and not continue this habit proves that. just slowly work towards it. i had this same problem and started off by catching myself before i getting ready to lie about something. dont blame yourself too much for it okay? its a bad habit that you are acknowledging. you'll stop before you know it ヾ(´ ▽ ` )
