And on the topic of why we are here to suffer, thats something i also want to know. Whats the deal with that?
from my point of view sometimes we need to suffer in order to see beyond our eyes and see the reality in which we live.
suffering can make us strong, weak, empathic or respectful with the people around us and with ourselves.
in my case I suffer from my depression and anxiety but sometimes I like to feel that (which is not right).
