These Solemn Fingers

These solemn fingers

This lost love 

One life 

So young

These solemn fingers that were innocent before

Has now been exposed 

Now with knowledge in loss of ignorance

Thy soul that was once whole

Was actually only whole in the view of my conscience

Thy only an illusion and hope for what I touched once before

But thy hope is now gone

And these fingers as thy soul

Will stay solemn 

Until I lovingly feel whole
