My lack of independence needs to die

 I feel like it’s just best when you’re doing something with somebody to not feel alone Yk? Like I HATE doing things by myself I at least need one person with me at all times. I need to take a breather and catch some fresh air. My negative thoughts have been consuming me and it’s just causing me to not feel good about myself. I mentally live in a box where I’m shut away from everybody. I feel scared when doing things alone , fearing that I’m doing something wrong. Im in constant need of assistance!
