Uni is sucking the life outta me

soooo... i study fashion (marketing/styling in the uk) an like i work 30 hr a week to and feel so drained. my course is pretty full on like 4 projects in one semester not small ones either and my attendance is bad but my work always turns out good even though i do it last minute anyway the point i'm trying to get to is does anyone else feel like there just doing things but not actually enjoying or living in the moment. i just feel like all my life is, is work and uni and there no real enjoyment (kinda makes me sad when i think i'll be working till i'm 60). sorry for the long rant guys just thought id ask if anyone feels the same ?.
