Oh but who's the drummer? 

Ah yes! Those of you who listen to power/thrash metal will recognize the name Michael Sabatini. He's the drummer for New Jersey metal band Attacker. So he's pounding the skins on my 8th studio album. How did this come about? Read on...

I had a drummer and bassist back in September last year, and we had one rehearsal in October. And that was it. Things fell apart soon after. I won't go into detail, will just say that it wasn't a good fit. Michael called me and asked what happened (he was only supposed to engineer the album) so I told him. He then said "Send me the f-n' songs, let's get this album going for you." After three months of rehearsals, we officially made the announcement on social media. And to our surprise, people responded very enthusiastically. That's always a good feeling.

This weekend we will begin tracking all the rhythm guitars. I hope to bang those out in two days as well but if it takes longer, then so be it. You can't rush your craft.

But damn, this is going to be one jaw-dropping album when it's done!
