Directions

The type of thing that goes through my mind....

If you get in a plane and fly straight North, eventually you will be heading straight South. It is the same for flying straight South.. you will eventually be flying straight North. However, if you get in a plane and fly straight East, it will never become straight West nor will straight West become straight East. This only happens because we have assigned two specific spots, a North Pole and a South Pole but not an East Pole or a West Pole. In essence, North and South are more so destinations while East and West are directions.
