dating older dudes

I read somewhere that when dating an older man, they will expect a lot from the younger partner and I’m starting to understand that. I know I should not be in the relationship that I am, I know it’s hurting me but it so hard to leave. I have too many reasons to no longer partake in this relationship yet I cant bring myself to telling him. I know that he knows that what we have is not right. He expect a lot from me and it’s honestly hard for me. If I truly loved him I’d push myself for him; I don’t push myself. I feel trapped.
