Well, as more and more people are getting vaccinated, the country is FINALLY starting to get back to a state of normalcy. This is true also, at my job. I am vaccinated, but completely support those that have opted to NOT get the vaccine. It's a personal choice. And really, I did it simply because I want to be able to hang in Nashville this summer at the RockNPod Expo, without the rock stars feeling nervous. It took a whopping 30 seconds of my time, and that's BOTH injections. I was one of those that had absolutely NO side effects barring a sore arm at the injection site.
But my job has decided that with the new CDC guidelines, we may finally unmask. I do feel bad for those that choose not to get the vaccine though, because while they may work unmasked, they MUST mask anytime someone comes within six feet of them. Screw it, I took the plunge, and I want to live my life. Well, I haven't worn a mask outside of work this entire time, I haven't sanitized anything, and I haven't gotten sick. So this is just a bonus.
Make your choice, and stay healthy. I hold no judgement towards anyone. At all. Be safe out there.
