Anger Today

 I had a little bit of Anger today, slow deep breath wouldn't take it away. 

 My Higher self won't talk 2 me, he's Mad @ the fact that I'm constantly down. 
 The Devil n my head is gettin awfully loud.

               I have no Peace now.
