Reassessing my first spacehey blog post.

So in my first spacehey blog post I assessed what channels would be willing to show impact wrestling in the UK again.

After looking into it further I have ranked the top five best homes on UK television for Impact.

5. Sky Sports - with ITV extending their deal with AEW to include their second show Rampage it would mean that if Sky are looking at showing wrestling again then Impact would be the perfect promotion as it is likely the only one to have decent enough production for them consider. The only issue is that sky sports will want exclusivity with the PPVs and specials and they seem to be getting good money from their PPVs being on FITE TV. Maybe work it like they did the short lived premier sports deal where they put the main show of Sky Sports Mix which is part of Sky's general package and the specials are on sky sports action which is part of the sports package with Sky. This one is five due to how unlikely it is that impact will stop using FITE.

4. Blaze - this a Freeview channel which shows stuff like car shows and like alien hunting shows and stuff men would typically watch so I don't think Impact would be out of place here and I believe it will also do good numbers ratings wise due to being on Freeview. This one wouldn't affect the PPVs and specials so ranked higher than Sky but as Blaze is run by the American channel A and  E network it is unlikely they pick up anything not made for A and E in America.

3. Quest - another Freeview channel which shows similar stuff to Blaze but also shows some sports so would be more likely to look at Impact Wrestling.

2. Eurosport - owned by Discovery like Quest but specializes in sport. It is a premium channel but is included in general packages with most satellite providers. Eurosport does show impact content in India so it could be as easy as saying 'this content works in another country on our channel so can work here too.

1. Sporty Stuff - Finally the one I believe is the best option. It is available through Sky and Internet connected Freeview. Small but new channel that has shown wrestling and would in a heartbeat take a new show as the wrestling show they have is not great quality. They would only want the weekly show so Impact can still use Fite for PPVs and Impact plus and YouTube for on demand stuff.
