Rose Milk Tea with Boba! (Half Sugar adjustment)

This one is from a local spot called Mr. Kuso in Arcadia, CA and they make really good tea AND food. Today, I just got the rose milk tea.

I give it: 4 out of 5 roses.

As far as the rose flavor goes, it's pretty mild. You mostly see the brown milk tea base. I kind of appreciate rose milk teas that are like this, though. I feel as though rose has to be a complimentary flavor, instead of being overpowering. I do not know what kind of tea they are using as a base.

I've ordered some more potent rose teas before, but they are usually just heavy on the rose syrup jelly. I prefer when it has bits of candied or dried roses inside, as opposed to the jelly. 

I really like Mr. Kuso cause their tea is also on the CHEAP side, this one was only about 3.75 and it's a large size with boba. Kinda wild! The food they make their is straight up delicious and they give you a lot of it. Highly reccommend the 3-flavor chicken dish. That restaurant has sustained me most of quarantine, great spot. Can't wait to go in person one day.
