Anyone have any tips on how to add images/ audio to their page?

I always had friends help me edit my page back in the day, but I'd like to figure out how to do it myself!

I think there's some links/tips in the forums sections....

also, youtube and soundcloud have an embed code at the bottom of each video/track... I know that much!
