yea! i was there for three months ! I recommend buying a little motorcycle for cheap somewhere in hanoi theres lots of underground shops. and going to da lat, through lots of mountain passes, you can find waterfalls and sometimes caves:) And stopping in small towns locals are very nice. just be careful going into the jungle without trails because there are still a lot of landmines. If you are in Hoi An you should stop by Jacks cat cafe, i worked there for a month and it was a really fun place :) or in hanoi: hoam kiem lake, the weekends are so much fun and there are lots of fun buskers and people to hang out with. have a really nice time. i will be heading there again this summer. i just love vietnam so much.
