I'm hungry and sleepy and being ghosted?

I'm always hungry it's nothing new but I'm also tired which is nothing new again I didn't sleep at all. There's this guy I've been texting and suddenly nothing like how long does a person need to shower:( I'm sure it's abnormal to be in there for longer than 10 days-_-
