May I ask you what you're looking for?
Candles and herbs can be bought in many places. If you would like a wand, it's best to use a tree branch found in nature and customize it to your liking.
I'm mostly looking for tarot cards and maybe a book about witchcraft, if there are any.

I suggest reading "Wicca" by Scott Cunningham. Though it has concepts of a religion in it, it's a must-read for anyone working with magic(k) and spells. If you for some reason cannot find tarot cards in your area, you will also be able to use playing cards. Those were designed to be hidden tarot cards due to the persecution of witches back in the past.
