I don't know how to do it either but I am teaching myself just by leaving comments on one of my own posts...
So on top of the comment it says you can leave any of the HTML tags in your comment.
Would I do is I put those before and after the word that I want to have an effect on.
So to make a line slide around, you would use the Marquee tag. Put it before and after the word or line that you want to move and make sure to use the arrows > marquee
