The peral thief is a story of love,of heartbreak and of mystery,i would 100 recommend it .It is set in scotland in 1938,when 15 year old julies grandad(julies grandad is the earl of streathen) dies and julie has to go back to streathen to find out her grandmother is selling the house.then she gets attacked on a walk where some scottish travlers find her,will she find out who attacked her or live her whole life having no clue... the auother is called Elizabeth Wein
