creative inspiration

any1 have tips on how to get back into being creative/artistic? I used to luvv writing and painting so much but just haven't been getting the same satisfaction from my work lately :/

a lack of inspiration is causing a drop in the quality of my work which then leads to me hating both it and myself, creating a lack of motivation and before I know it im stuck in a loop I can't get out of.
