Today marks the day of march 13th, it just so happens that this date when abbreviated is mar13- and looks like the name Marie. Coincidentally, a splatoon character has the name of Marie. Similar to how Nintendo made march 10th mar10 day, splatoon fans made mar13 day.
Ok enough with the history MARIE APPRECIATION!!!
