First time getting my hair dyed.

I got bangs but they arent the one's I wanted, I wanted curtain bangs not regular but I didn't say anything because they actually looked good. But why did no one tell me how rough hairstylist are? They looked like they were gentle with everyone else. Most of it smelled bad and I don't think they liked me for no literal reasons. ¯\_( ͠° ͟ʖ °͠ )_/¯  I just got out but they didn't even dry all my hair just my bangs. Is that suppose to happen >:)
