2 days and i'm scared

2 days now until I go to court against my father and I am so anxious I am so scared of hearing his voice and seeing him, because of COVID I am having to do this all via videolink as they are in a different state I moved over to the state I am currently in to get rid of my former life and he is still in that state thankfully however that doesn't stop the fear of hearing his voice or seeing him on videolink its so painful and to be doing this without a family or anything It so utterly lonely :(
