Has anyone managed to have a lucid dream? I've had 1, my dreams lately have also gotten a lot more realistic with time, i just need to get back into the habit of writing them down to strengthen my dream memory which i lack in, I've definitely gotten better at it since now i can remember some dreams without the need of writing them down but i feel like i can get better and if i do I'll eventually be able to lucid dream every day then I'll practice memory until it's as if i never sleep and are always awake, simply in a different dimension if that makes sense, and if you are curious the first time i had a lucid dream was months ago when i realized completely i was dreaming and got a sword but then the dream went from lucid to normal as i forgot i was aware somehow because of my dream memory not being that good,i have written down like 30 dreams or around that maybe more, if y'all are curious i can explain some especially nightmares which i know more detail of because my brain doesn't like meĀ

i've had a lucid dream that only lasted like 2 seconds because once I realized I was dreaming I got too excited and it woke me up. i really wanna try to achieve control over it and have some longer lasting lucid dreams, but atm I invest too little effort lol

Hey man sorry for not responding i saw the notification but i had no idea it was a notification, still don't know how to use this thing properly, honestly lucid dreaming isn't as hard as people think all you need to do is keep dreaming and have patience and eventually you will get it, would love to hear updates on how it goes for you :)

i think i need to improve my dream memory by starting to write into a dream journal again. i had done that for a while when i was about 14 but i kinda didn't manage to stick to it

That's normal trust me i suddenly stopped like 3 months ago but my memory is still going strong actually getting stronger, matter fact dreams have started to feel very real almost as if i wasnt even dreaming, the bad part is that since i gotta go to school my mom will almost destroy my door to wake me up so the dream either completely dissapears or it no longer feels like a memory rather a thought, like for example this morning i remembered my dream very well because of how real it was but then my mom woke up me.in her usual unnecessarily violent way and i didn't feel as if i had just dreamed i felt as if i had watched a movie, you know what i mean?
