Is it just me or my profile changes to the default

I'm recently having a problem with spacehey always when i rejoin my profile changes to the default it is fixed my saving the code again idk if im only the one having issues like dis here but I'm pretty new to html and I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong anyways i'll love to learn :)
