FINALLY. GLITCH BE GONE!

I finally fixed the glitch my ipad had for about who-knows-how-many months that involved an offloaded VPN App. I just had to fully delete it and go to the App Store to download stuff instead, and IT’S FIXED. Thank the starcats.
