What's In Carson's Crew Bag?

I though that I would give you all a look into what is in my bag for crew! I'm a coxswain, but there's some stuff that would come in handy if my coach subs me in to row in another boat either at practice or during a regatta. I rowed the past two seasons but I'm very accident prone and I think rowing a race on a nearly broken tailbone last season concerned my coach a bit so now I'm coxing. I use a 10 liter earth-pak to keep my stuff dry!
