What dissociation feels like

I'm in a car, stuck in the backseat, strapped in so tight, the car keeps going, no one is in control, swerving and avoiding other cars, I'm just stuck for the ride. I can stare out the window but I can't roll it down to scream for help or break it to get out. Sometimes the car crashes, the glass shattering and airbag going off but ot doesn't put me back in control of the car, just tightens the seat belt. I try to fight it, screamibg and kicking but it does nothing.
