embedding frustration

literally once i figure out how to embed my recent last.fm listens underneath my links section, its over for EVERYONE. it will be soooo dope. i cant find any instructions/how tos unfortunately though :/ if anyone has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction, id rly appreciate it!!
