Give me sidewalk city shadows

Sometimes, you really just have to talk a friend into calling out of work and running off for a day with you to really feel like yourself again. It’s been over a year since I’ve been impulsive. Over a year since we’ve seen each other. And for the first time in over a year... I actually felt semi-normal. Even despite wearing masks. It gave me some hope that eventually life will get back to normal again... even if it doesn’t feel like it.
