...8 years...8 YEARS!?
For some reason, I was expecting something like 4 years. But 8?? I have dedicated my heart and soul to this anime for 8 years?? And what do I have to show for it? Pain. Nothing but pain and tears and anger and more tears. Well, I guess I can't say that. There was just as much badassery as there was depression.
I think this mini discovery has thrown me into a slight existential crisis. Discovering this information was just another reminder that time is passing and passing quick. And I am right in the middle of it. I was 11 when I watched the first episode of season 1. Then 8 years went by seemingly in the blink of an eye. Crazy...
I suppose I can't complain too much. After all, selling my soul to Attack on Titan for 8 years is nothing compared to the those who were there for the very first episode of One Piece. The first episode released in 1999, fyi.
