I feel so weird. I keep waking up over and over, sometimes I can't sleep at all !! Its tiring. I'm running on 3 hours of sleep and a energy drink. Does anyone have any tips on how to sleep better ? I've tried taking showers, sleeping earlier, showering, exercising throughout the day to get tired. I just can't sleep. No matter what I do, my muscles are just sore and I have a massive headache. But other than that I'm pretty okay.
