istg billy and stu would have gotten away with it ALIVE if they just shut their mouths. if they didnt take the time to explain the whole situation to sidney and just killed her right away, it would have been so much easier. the only thing they would have had to take care of was gale. their plan was actually pretty good and i wish it would have worked out. that would have been an interesting ending. i dont remember many movies where the bad guy actually wins.
